酸っぱい。あまり好きじゃ無かった。

ピラミッドパワーの宿るスパークリング。 泡は強くないが、きめが細かく優しい味わい。爽やかなワイン。

カナダワインの会。 オカナガンのスパークリングワイン、サイプス。 リースリング主体の面白い品種構成。 鋭角的な酸味で冷涼感の強い引き締まった味わい！ 余韻も長い♪
