もう、履いてなくても、誰も驚かない⁉️ 金曜日夜のワインバーでの3本目は、ビチのナチュール、赤 正直、同席メンバーは、次のワインのチョイスは私に任せるとは言ったものの、このナチュールにはやや懐疑的でした もっと正統派の安心な選択肢もあったのですが… 「もし皆がこのワインを気に入らなかったら、私が全額払うから！」と言って、このワインを注文((≡ຶ⚲͜≡ຶ)) うむ、ナチュールらしさは最小限で、素直な果実感には不快さなし( ⊙‿⊙) 酸は高いけど、飲みやすい 無清澄、無濾過 亜硫酸塩の添加は無し お会計は無事割り勘となりました（笑） （ベナカバのお姉さんは、業界事情を弾丸の如く話してくれたので、ご招待〜♪） Organic Natural Wine made from organically or biodynamically grown grapes with minimal intervention avoiding the use of chemicals, additives and technology. Tasting Notes El Pancho comes from an 80-year-old, dry-farmed vineyard on the border of California called Rancho Camacho—one of winemaker Noel Tellez's favorites. The vineyard is planted with a mix of different varieties that go into this bottling, one of which is Carignan. The wine is aged in stainless and bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of SO2.
