25％ムールヴェードル、25％グルナッシュ・ノワール、25％カリニャン、25％サンソー。バンドールの畑の一部だが平野部なのでバンドールには使わずにコート ド プロヴァンスにしている。醸造自体はバンドールと同じ。畑では一切の化学薬品は使用しない。
果実味たっぷり、タンニンも豊かなワイン
25% Mourvedre, 25% Grenache Noir, 25% Carignan, 25% Cinsaut. It's a part of Bandol's field, but it's a plain, so I don't use it for Bandol but use Cote de Provence. The brewing itself is the same as Bandol. No chemicals are used in the fields.
