レアーレ・カンティーナ年始福袋の1本。 はっきりとした真鍮色。 粘性は中程度。 ピンクグレープフルーツ、マンゴー、ライム、アカシア、カシスの新芽、麦わら。 しっかりしたアタック。 酸は豊富でまろやか。とても口当たりが良い。 ボディが少し弱いが、中盤にややアルコール感が出てきて、それと同時に、適度なコクと苦みを感じる。 色調どおりどちらかと言えば豊満系の白ワインですが、ソーヴィニヨン由来の爽やかな柑橘系の果実味もあります。そこまでトロピカルに寄っていないので、すっきりした印象があるのも好印象。 見た目よりずっとバランスの取れたワインだと思います。 空き瓶：416g コルク：45mm（天然） 海外のショップページより。 CORTE VALESIO comes from fine Sauvignon grapes, planted at the end of the 1980s, from the Tenuta Flaminio. The soils have a calcareous-clayey nature. The harvest of the grapes takes place at the right level of maturity to preserve the typical aromas of this variety. Followed by destemming and crushing, a soft pressing. Finally, fermentation at a controlled temperature in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 20 days. Aging takes place on fine lees for 3 months. CORTE VALESIO subsequently matures in steel for three to four months CORTE VALESIO Salento IGP is a dry white, elegant, with a good structure, able to be combined with a wide range of dishes. It is one to be served fresh but not frozen, to capture all its aromatic elegance.

お祝い会２本目㊗️プーリアはサレントのソーヴィニヨン・ブラン。南部らしいフルーティでトロピカルで明るい感じ。今日みたいな天気のよい日はこういうのを外で飲むと美味いだろうなと思うも窓さえもない個室!!笑
