これはブドウではなく砂糖をほとんど入れていないレモンジュースという感じ(^^;; The Other Rightのウェブサイトより: BRIGHT YOUNG PINK 2015 PÉT NAT PINOT NOIR We love Pet Nat Rosé, and it took us too long to make one. Meant to be a Blanc de Noirs; instead it went way too pink and delicious for the style, so we decided it deserves a label of its own. One of those lucky accidents. It has a different colour and made from a different grape variety, but keep the same spirit of Bright Young Thing - juicy and smashable. - Preservative Free 52 Dozen made $29 - Sold Out All of our wines are hand picked, wild fermented and free of additives other than minimal sulphur prior to bottling. な、なんと、ピノノワールだったのか！
