The primary aroma is grapefruit, green apple, wet steel, faint herbs and ferns. The secondary aroma is almond and toast derived by barrel fermentation. The taste is freshness and crispness. It's different from America's Chardonnay cause the aroma from barrel fermentation is really elegant and furthermore finish is sharp moderately.
