For us, table wine is one of the simple pleasures that is part of enjoying food, community, and life. さらりときれいなアルザススタイルのリースリングは、メンドシーノの樹齢100年ぐらいのブドウを使用。 実は、リースリングはカリフォルニアで最初に植えられた白ブドウ品種なんだそう。 酸は高く、りんご、白桃、黄色い花、ハニーカムの香りがあり、フルーティな辛口で、後味にはレモンゼスト 前菜や和食に合うそう。エスニックにも合いそう。 OLD VINE RIESLING With rich aromatics of honey and apricot, this dry Riesling surprises with bright acid and a lean texture.
